Pleas before John Raby, chief justice of the Isle of Ely, Ely, 21 Mar. 5 Geo I [1719].
- 1r. Thomas Charles Cadwall Adams Moore, gentleman, brought a suit against Nathaniel Brew, gentleman, relating to five acres of marshland in Whittlesey, Eastrea and Coates. This is a common recovery.
- 1v. Final concord: William Large, plaintiff, and Thomas Crosse and Anne, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage, a barn or storehouse, a stable, a garden, an orchard, and 18 acres of pasture and marshland in Welney.

- 2r. (7) Richard Pope complains against Robert Plunk of Wentworth in an action of trespass and ejection that on 4 Aug. 1719 he ejected Pope from a messuage, six acres of land, an acre of meadow, eight acres of pasture and 12 acres of marshland with appurtenances in Wentworth which Michael Musgrave, gentleman, had leased to Pope for a term which had not yet expired. Pope to recover possession.
- 2v. (8) Richard Read complains against Charles Outlaw of Aldreth in the parish of Haddenham, yeoman, in an action of trespass on the case that Outlaw was indebted in the sum of 20 shillings for diverse goods and wares, 1 Sept. 1719 at Haddenham. Damages to be assessed.
- 2v. (9) William Hand renounces his suit against William Ball in an action of trespass on the case. Ball acquitted.
- 2v. (10) Henry Dockin renounces his suit against William Casey, executor of the will of John Carvill, deceased, in an action of trespass on the case. Carvill acquitted.

- 2v. (11) Jonathan Saillington of Wisbech, stocking-maker, answered Thomas Spencer in an action of trespass on the case that Spencer was indebted in the sum of six pounds, three shillings and three pence for diverse goods and wares, 1 May 1720 at Wisbech. Damages to be assessed.
- 3r. (12) Thomas Richardson of Wisbech, barber, and Sarah, his wife, answered Robert Wensley, gentleman, in an action of assault that on 26 July 1720 Sarah assaulted Wensley at Wisbech. Damages to be assessed.
- 3r. (13) Thomas Towerson complains against Matthew Owen of Sutton, yeoman, in an action of trespass on the case that Owen was indebted in the sum of 24 pounds and ten shillings for diverse goods and wares, 28 Mar. 1720 at Sutton. Damages to be assessed.

- 4r. (16) Anne Ives of Whittlesey, widow, is summoned to answer George Keale esquire in an action of debt of 160 pounds borrowed on 20 Sept. [?1721]. Ives fined.
- 4r. (17) Robert Abbott answered William Twist in an action of trespass on the case that Abbott was indebted in the sum of five pounds, 17 shillings and six pence for diverse goods and wares, 6 Mar. 1721 at Wisbech. Damages to be assessed.
- 4r. (18) Martha Clack, widow, executor of the will of Thomas Clack, deceased, renounced her suit against Margaret Aspland in action of trespass on the case. Aspland acquitted.
- 4r.-v. (19) John King, gentleman, brought a suit against Benjamin Young relating to a messuage, a barn or storehouse, a stable, a garden, an orchard, 14 acres of land and 14 acres of pasture with appurtenances in Elm. This is a common recovery.
