- 1r. Final concord: Thomas Marsh, plaintiff, and Robert Thompson and Mary, his wife, and Thomas Whynne and Eleanor, his wife, defendants, relating to 20 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture and 20 acres of marsh land with appurtenances in Mepal.
- 1r. Final concord: John Plowright junior, plaintiff, and William Langman senior and Margaret, his wife, and Thomas Plowright and Sarah, his wife, defendants, relating to two messuages and 120 acres of marsh land with appurtenances in Downham, Ely and Littleport.
- 2r. Clement Candy of Wisbech, ale draper, answered James Marsingill in an action of trespass on the case relating to the possession of a messuage in Wisbech St Peter, 1 Aug. 1716. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 2r. Thomas Barker of March, yeoman, is summoned to answer Richard Low, administrator of the goods and chattels of Robert Lowe, lately his brother, who died intestate, in an action of debt of 54 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 9 Jan. 1701 at Ely. Barker fined; to pay costs and damages.
- 2v. Martin Wilkin, gentleman, complains against Thomas Power of Stretham, yeoman, in an action of trespass on the case relating to a promissory note in the sum of three pounds and ten shillings between 15 Dec. 1715 and 15 Dec. 1716 at Stretham. The entry is incomplete.

- 3v. Martha Clack, widow, complains against William Newell of Stretham, single man, in an action of trespass that between 1 Sept. 1716 and 20 Apr. 1717 he entered her close at Stretham and broke or spoiled ten [parcels] of hedges or fencing. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 3v. Robert Whiting of Mepal, yeoman, is summoned to answer Robert Mears in an action of debt of seven pounds relating to the rent on the lease of a messuage with appurtenances in Sutton St Edmund, Lincolnshire, 20 Jan. 1715. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 4r. William Bring of Chatteris, yeoman, answered Richard Allen in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of ten pounds for diverse goods and wares, 1 Feb. 1715 at Chatteris. Bring fined; to pay costs and damages.

- 4v. James Castle complains against Henry Hemmant of Whittlesey, gentleman, in an action of trespass and assault that on 24 Sept. 1716 he assaulted Alice, the wife of James Castle, at Whittlesey and took her away for a period of five days. Hemmant fined.
- 4v. Thomas Aspland complains against Nicholas Salmon of Wisbech, butcher, in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 40 shillings for diverse goods and wares, 5 Feb. 1717 at Witcham. The entry is incomplete.
- 5r. James Castle of Whittlesey, barber, answered Henry Hemmant in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of ten pounds, 1 Oct. 1717 at Whittlesey. Castle acquitted, to receive damages.
- 5r. Matthew Gosling of Wisbech, felt-monger, and Elizabeth, his wife, answered Mary Smith in an action of trespass on the case that on 1 Jan. 1716 Elizabeth slandered Mary by publicly saying, ‘Mary Smith laid in at Christmas and had a bastard’. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 5r. Roger Loe complains against Joseph Salmon of Downham, butcher, in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 100 shillings for diverse goods and wares, 1 Sept. 1716 at Ely. [Damages to be assessed].

- 5v. John Nightingale of Haddenham, carpenter, is summoned to answer David Rowland in an action of debt of six pounds relating to the rent on the lease of two acres of pasture with appurtenances in Haddenham, 1 Apr. 17[12]. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
