  1. 1r. Final concord: John Ayres, John Sutton and John Matthews, plaintiffs, and John Whiting and Anne, his wife, and John Newman and Elizabeth, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage and 22 acres of marsh land with appurtenances in Wimblington and Chatteris.
  2. 1r. Final concord: Richard Camps, gentleman, plaintiff, and Isaac Freeman and Eleanor, his wife, William Barrett and Margaret, his wife, John Grant and Anne, his wife, and Thomas Ward and Mary, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage, one acre of land, one acre of meadow and 50 acres of marsh land with appurtenances in Witcham, Wentworth, Chatteris and Welney.
  3. 2r. John Porter of Ely, yeoman, answered Nicholas Chambers in an action that on 28 Mar. 1715 he ejected Chambers from three messuages, a garden and an orchard with appurtenances in Ely which Robert Motlock had leased to Chambers for a term which had not expired. Chambers to receive damages.
  4. 2r. John Goodday of Haddenham, husbandman, alias single man, is summoned to answer John Frohock in an action of debt of 40 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 25 Jun. 1714 at Haddenham. The bond of obligation is recited. To proceed to the next session.
  5. 2v. Christopher Hussey of Leverington, [occupation not stated], answered John Armstrong in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 100 shillings for work and labour, 1 May 1715 at Leverington. The entry is incomplete.
  6. 3r. Robert Everard of Haddenham, gentleman, answered John Denoway in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of ten pounds for diverse goods and wares, 1 May 1714 at Haddenham. Everard fined; to pay costs and damages.
  7. 3v. Darsey [? Darcy] Fetcher, alias Benson, of Upwell, [occupation not stated], answered William Reynolds in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 20 pounds, 3 Feb. 1714 at Wisbech. The entry is incomplete.
  8. 4r. Grace Winson of March, spinster, answered John Stevens in an action of trespass on the case that on 20 July 1714 she slandered Stevens at March by publicly saying, ‘John Stevens is a thief and has stolen my [capwimble] and nobody else’.
  9. 4r. Thomas Powers of Stretham, yeoman, answered John Kirby in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 63 shillings and four pence for diverse goods and wares, 10 Mar. 1715 at Haddenham. Damages to be assessed.
  10. 4r. John Elliott of Wisbech, yeoman, is summoned to answer John Peart, gentleman, in an action of debt of 42 pounds and ten shillings relating to an earlier case heard in Hilary term 1714 at Westminster. The entry is incomplete.
  11. 4v. Walter [Deans] of Ely, tailor, and William Andrews of Ely, tailor, answered Thomas Hipwell in an action of trespass and assault that on 11 Feb. 1715 they assaulted Hipwell at Ely. The entry is incomplete.
  12. 4v. Richard Stanfield of Outwell, labourer, answered John Wildbore in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of six shillings for work and labour for agisting a cow for a period of six weeks, 10 May 1715 at Outwell. The entry is incomplete.
  13. 5r. James [Mageban] of Wimblington, blacksmith, answered Robert Hutchinson in an action of trespass on the case relating to the rent on a lease of a lot in Wimblington, 6 May 1714. [Mageban] acquitted; Hutchinson fined for bringing a false claim.
  14. 5r. Nicholas Knowles of Wardy Hill in the parish of Coveney, boatwright, answered Thomas Winter in an action of trespass that on 15 Apr. 1715 his livestock trampled and overgrazed the grass growing in Winter’s close at Wardy Hill. Knowles arrested; to pay costs and damages.
  15. 5v. Richard Jackson of Wisbech, oat-breaker, answered James Massingill in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 86 shillings, 30 Sept. 1714 at Wisbech. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  16. 5v. Thomas Eastwood of Elm, yeoman, answered Thomas Oldmeadow, gentleman, in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 17 shillings and six pence, 9 Oct. 1714 at Wisbech. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  17. 6r. William Atkin of Littleport, grocer, is summoned to answer John Jefferys in an action of debt of three pounds and 13 shillings relating to the rent on a lease of a warehouse, a close of pasture called Townsend close and half a lot of fen ground comprising four acres at West Fen in Downham, 18 Mar. 1712. The entry is incomplete.
  18. 6r. William Bring of Chatteris, yeoman, answered Richard Allen in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of ten pounds for diverse goods and wares, 1 Feb. 1715 at Chatteris. The entry is incomplete.
  19. 6v. Joseph Salmon, alias Samon, of Downham, butcher, answered Thomas Cannon senior in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of ten pounds and eight shillings for diverse goods and wares, 1 Feb. 1715 at Downham. The entry is incomplete.
  20. 6v. Susan Brandish of Wisbech, widow, answered John Tee in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 25 shillings and eight pence for work and labour, 1 Nov. 1714 at Wisbech. The entry is incomplete.

  23. 7v. Robert Hutchinson of Wimblington, yeoman, answered James [Mageban] in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 40 shillings for work and labour, 20 May 1715 at Wimblington. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  24. 7v. John Simpson of Chatteris, labourer, answered Robert [Abory] in an action that on 3 Oct. 1714 he ejected [Abory] from two messuages, two cottages, an acre of land and an acre of meadow with appurtenances in Chatteris which Isabelle Sperry, spinster, had leased to [Abory] for a term which had not yet expired.
