Richard Healey of Wisbech, gardener, and Elizabeth, his wife, answered Thomas Fallawday in an action of trespass on the case that on 21 Jun. 1714 at Wisbech Elizabeth slandered him by publicly saying, ‘You are a thief and I will prove you one and you stole my cherries.’ Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.

Edward Henson of Sutton, yeoman, answered Thomas Talbott in an action of trespass and ejection that on 1 Jun. 1714 he ejected Talbott from four messuages, four cottages, four [dovecots], 20 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture and 20 acres of marsh land with appurtenances in Sutton which Thomas Faux, Elizabeth Owen, widow, William Boon and Elizabeth, his wife, and George Lynford had leased to Talbott for a term which had not yet expired. Samuel Jackson of Wisbech, watchmaker, answered Mary Wing, spinster, in an action of trespass on the case that on 26 Jan. 1714 he maliciously defamed her character at the general quarter sessions held at Wisbech before John Kelsall and Thomas Swaine esquire in accusing her of feloniously taking and carrying away a stomacher worth ten pence.
