There is no gaol delivery.

  1. 1r. Writ [final concord]: John Curtis and Margaret, his wife, on the one side, and Hannah Soule, spinster, on the other side concerning 12 acres of marsh land with appurtenances in Chatteris.
  2. 1r. Richard Mose of Wisbech, yeoman, answered Andrew Harrold in an action of trespass that between 10 Apr. 1704 and 20 Sept. following his livestock trampled and overgrazed the grass growing in Harrold’s close at Wisbech St Peter. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  3. 1v. John Soaper of Earith, Huntingdonshire, tanner, answered William Mynott in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt of 60 shillings, 20 Mar. 1705. Soaper fined; to pay costs and damages.
  4. 2r. Isaac Hernshaw of Downham, yeoman, answered William Butcher in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 40 shillings for various quantities of meat, 1 Oct. 1705 at Chatteris. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
