- 1r. Writ [final concord]: Thomas Cooke and Anne, his wife, Andrew Meakes and Mary, his wife, John Oakley and Sarah, his wife, Thomas Aungier and Mary, his wife, and Henry Chapman and Elizabeth, his wife, on one side, and William Clarke and Obadiah Barnes, gentleman, on the other side, concerning two messuages, four acres of land, four acres of pasture, and ten acres of marsh land with appurtenances in Littleport, Witcham and Ely.
- 1v. Writ [final concord]: John Parlett and Alice, his wife, John Smith and Alice, his wife, and Thomas Hoare and Mary, his wife, on the one side, and John Walsham esquire, Thomas Webster and Richard Clarke on the other side concerning a messuage, four acres of land, eight acres of marsh land and a share in seven acres of pasture with appurtenances in March, Wimblington in the parish of Doddington and Leverington.
- 2r. Writ [final concord]: Thomas Payne and Margaret, his wife, and Stephen Read and Mary, his wife, on the one side, and William Ayres on the other side concerning a messuage, a cottage, a garden, an orchard and common pasture [? and turbary] with appurtenances in Chatteris.
- 2r. Writ [final concord]: Thomas Hamsonn and Elizabeth, his wife, on the one side and Richard Sneath on the other side concerning a messuage, a cottage, six acres of meadow and marsh land with appurtenances in Upwell.
- 3r. Godfrey Davis of Upwell, [?], answered Thomas Cearsly in an action of trespass on the case relating to debt in the sum of five pounds, 13 shillings and three pence for diverse goods and wares, 20 Oct. 1702 at Upwell. Davis fined; to pay costs and damages.
- 3v. Edward Ford of Wisbech, husbandman, answered Edward Rookes in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of six pounds, 22 Feb. 1703 at Wisbech. Ford acquitted.
- 4r. Henry Oliver of Wisbech, labourer, is summoned to answer John Edwards, gentleman, in an action of debt of ten pounds and ten shillings relating to the rent on a lease of four acres of land in Elm near [Gosmere] Lane, 1 Apr. 1703. Oliver fined; to pay costs and damages.
- 4r. William Ranford of Whittlesey, waterman, is summoned to answer Robert Davis in an action of debt of 14 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 30 Dec. 1701 at Ely. The entry is incomplete.
