  1. 1r. [Final] concord: Robert and Anne, Thomas and Margaret, Joan, John Cheesewright and Mary, William and Alice, John Oakly and Sarah, concerning a tenement with appurtenances. The other party is named as Susan [surname not stated]. [Appears incomplete].
  2. 2r. Francis Gooday of Chatteris, yeoman, is summoned to answer Henry Wade in an action of debt of 40 pounds which he was granted on 5 Nov. 1700 at Doddington. Gooday fined; to pay costs and damages.
  3. 2r. Margaret Chaloner of Whittlesey answered Esther Tookey in an action of trespass on the case relating to the sum of 100 shillings loaned on 19 Apr. 1702 at Uxmere [or ?Ugmere - place not identified].
  4. 3r. William Harrison junior of Ely, yeoman, answered Wiliam Flanders in an action of trespass that on 1 Sept. 1702 he entered Flanders’s close situated in Downham Field in Ely and took and carried away crops growing there to the value of 50 shillings. Harrison acquitted; Flanders fined for bringing a false claim.
  5. 3r. Thomas [?] of Doddington, yeoman, John Johnson of Doddington, yeoman, and Robert Bird of Manea, yeoman, are summoned to answer Edward Mewtas, gentleman, in an action that on 30 Aug. 1702 they took a colt and a foal belonging to Mewtas from a place called the Lot at Manea. There is discussion over the place and ownership of the land. To proceed to jury trial.
  6. 4r. William Merrey of Witchford, yeoman, answered Thomas Cole in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt for the sum of 100 shillings for diverse goods and wares relating to blacksmith’s work, 12 Jan. 1702. Pled not guilty; the entry is incomplete.
  7. 4v. Thomas Watson, [place of abode and occupation not stated], answered Guy Cole in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 30 shillings for diverse goods and wares, 1 Dec. 1701 at Wisbech. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  8. 5r. Thomas Green of Wisbech, wool-sorter, answered David Leeds in an action of trespass on the case relating to the sale and supply of three tods of wool for 57 shillings, 25 Sept. 1701 at Wisbech. Damages to be assessed.
  9. 5r. Edward Walter of Wilburton, carpenter, answered Thomas Colley in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 40 shillings, 2 Oct. 1701 at Wilburton. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  10. 5v. Robert Darley of Wisbech, yeoman, answered William Davies, gentleman, in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of 40 shillings, 1 Aug. 1701 at Wisbech. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  11. 6r. Abraham Herringshawe, alias Hernshaw, of Downham, yeoman, and John Smith of Downham, yeoman, are summoned to answer Robert Crabb in an action that on 20 May 1702 they took 12 yearling calves belonging to Crabb from a place called Westmoore at Downham. There is discussion over the place and ownership of various pieces of land. [To proceed to the next session].
  12. 6v. Francis West of Wisbech, brazier, answered John [?Ower] in an action of trespass on the case relating to debt in the sum of 73 shillings and eight pence for diverse goods and wares, 1 Mar. 1702 at Wisbech. The entry is incomplete.
  13. 7r. John Upwood of Terrington, Norfolk, yeoman, answered Sarah Walsham, widow, in an action of trespass on the case relating to the pasturage growing on 30 acres of pasture belonging to Walsham in Wisbech St Mary, 10 Nov. 1701. Pled not guilty.
  14. 7r. Robert Read of Haddenham, yeoman, answered John Cumbers and Sylvester Cole in an action of trespass that between 12 and 20 Aug. 1702 his livestock trampled and overgrazed the grass and crops growing in their close called the Holmes at Haddenham. The entry is incomplete.
