  1. 1r. Final concord: William Randall and John Bull, plaintiffs, and John Hardy and Katherine, his wife, Henry Speechley and Mary, his wife, and Robert Speechley and Elizabeth, his wife, defendants, relating to 50 acres of march land with appurtenances in Whittlesey.
  2. 1r. Final concord: Thomas Tassell, plaintiff, and Nicholas Chapman and Mary, his wife, relating to a messuage, four acres of arable land and four acres of pasture with appurtenances in the parish of Leverington.
  3. 1v. Final concord: Moses Cates, plaintiff, and John Newell senior and John Newell junior, defendants, relating to eight acres of land with appurtenances in Sutton.
  4. 2r. Robert Rippmer, alias Rippmar, of Whittlesey, shoemaker, is summoned to answer Anne Hemmant, widow and executor of the will of William Hemant, lately her husband, deceased, in an action of debt of 100 shillings relating to a bill of obligation of 26 May 1694 at Wisbech. Rippmer imprisoned; to proceed to jury trial.
  5. 2v. William [?] answered Philemon [?] in an action of trespass and assault that on 29 Mar. 1701 he assaulted Philemon at Ely. The entry is incomplete. [The text in this entry is very faded, several words are impossible to decipher].
  6. 2v. William Ewsden of [? St Ives], Huntingdonshire, labourer, answered Thomas [? Sewerman] in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt in the sum of five pounds, six shillings and eight pence for 40,000 turfs, 1 Jun. 1700 at Ely. The entry is incomplete.
  7. 3r. James Mays of Coventry, Warwickshire, flax-dresser, answered Richard Wool in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt of the sum of 50 pounds for diverse goods and wares, 1 Sept. 1700 at Upwell. Pled not guilty [a statute of 22 Nov. 7 William III is cited – possibly 1695 Wills Act]. The entry is incomplete.
