Printed course papers bound into guard books, 1885 - 1975
Scope and Contents
These relate to a wide variety of courses, some residential, offered in Cambridge during the summer; namely, University Extension Summer Meetings; Summer Courses, in for example Geography and Modern Languages; Tutorial Classes Summer Schools; Vacation Courses for Foreign Students and conferences. They comprise syllabuses, lectures, entry forms and reports. From the mid 1950s, papers relating to courses held at Madingley Hall were bound into separate but parallel volumes, hence the overlapping of covering dates with BEMS 16.
