Scope and Contents
'Addresses' presented by the University of Cambridge, typically to other Universities at their centennial or similar celebrations, are composed, normally in Latin, by the Orator, and presented by an appointed delegate. Loyal addresses (i.e. those to the Crown), and some others, are, in modern times, normally in English.
