  1. 1r. Final concord: George Allen, plaintiff, and Thomas [Finge] and Thomasina [or Tamsin], his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage and a garden with appurtenances in Haddenham.
  2. 1r. Final concord: Robert Pulter, plaintiff, and Timothy Tubbs and Winifred, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage with appurtenances in Wisbech.
  3. 1r. Final concord: Thomas Goodson, plaintiff, and Henry Ellygood and Elizabeth, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage, an orchard, a garden and 20 acres of marsh with appurtenances in Haddenham.
  4. 1r. Final concord: George Symond, gentleman, plaintiff, and John Ashton, girdler, and Lucy, his wife, relating to 80 acres of marsh with appurtenances in Upwell.
  5. 2r. Robert Dixon of Ely, labourer, answered Clement Bullard in an action of trespass and ejection that on 6 Feb. 1666 he ejected Bullard from a messuage with appurtenances in the parish of Ely Trinity which Robert Myles had leased to Bullard for a term which had not expired. Dixon acquitted.
  6. 2r. William Ibbott of Wimblington, tailor, answered William Arborough in an action of trespass that on 30 Nov. 1665 he entered Arborough’s close at Doddington, and took and drove a cow worth 60 shillings. The entry is incomplete.
  7. 2r. Robert Cole of Chettisham, yeoman, is summoned to answer Thomas Upchurch in an action of debt of 40 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 1 Nov. 1664 at Ely. Cole fined; to pay costs and damages.
  8. 2v. John Shukers, alias Shuker, of Haddenham, yeoman, is summoned to answer William Wharton, merchant, in an action of debt of six pounds relating to a bill of obligation of 22 May 1662 at Ely. Shukers fined.
  9. 2v. John Browne of Newton, husbandman, and Anne, his wife, administrator of the goods and chattels of Asty Beales of Newton, victualler, who died intestate, are summoned to answer Thomas Moore, gentleman, in an action of debt of 54 pounds relating to a bill of obligation of 6 July 1653 at Wisbech. The entry is incomplete.
  10. 3r. Final concord: William Read, plaintiff, and Francis Langford and Margaret, his wife, defendants, relating to ten acres of land and meadow with appurtenances in Stretham.
  11. 3r. Final concord: John Harrison, plaintiff, and Robert Brimble and Grace, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage with appurtenances in Wisbech.
  12. 3r. Final concord: Thomas Martin, plaintiff, and John Scott, senior, and Elizabeth, his wife, defendants, relating to a messuage, a garden, an orchard, 60 acres of land, six acres of meadow and ten acres of pasture with appurtenances in Witchford and Wentworth.
  13. 3r. Final concord: Luke Voyce, plaintiff, and Ralph Tennison, gentleman, and Elizabeth his wife, defendants, relating to two messuages with appurtenances in Stretham and seven and a half acres of pasture with appurtenances in Wilburton and Haddenham.
  14. 3v. Final concord: John Harrison, plaintiff, and Robert Brimble and Grace, his wife, relating to a messuage with appurtenances in Wisbech.
  15. 3v. Final concord: Robert Wilson, cleric, plaintiff, and John Blatt and Elizabeth, his wife, defendants, relating to 20 pounds payment or rent in Wisbech.
