Scope and Contents
These volumes comprises papers, diaries, notes, specimen lists, essays, and maps, relating to the zoology and geology of the Beagle voyage, 1832-1836, with intercalated post-Beagle notes by Charles Robert Darwin. This series includes the zoological and geological diaries, a mass of background notes and material relating to 'Geological observations on South America' (1846).
