  1. 1r. Christopher Guy of Wragby, Yorkshire, is summoned to answer John Jemmytt in an action of debt of ten pounds, 10 Nov. 1628 at Wisbech. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  2. 1r. Brice Page of Wisbech Guyhirn, labourer, is summoned to answer William Burrell esquire in an action of debt of 26 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 16 Jan. 1630 at Wisbech. The entry is incomplete.
  3. 2r. William Goodday, [place of abode and occupation not stated], is summoned to answer Benjamin Barton in an action that on 11 May 1630 he took two cows worth ten pounds belonging to Barton from a place called Dun End at Haddenham. There is discussion of the place and ownership of various pieces of land. To proceed to jury trial.
  4. 3r. George Atkin of Downham, husbandman, answered Richard Goodwyn in an action of trespass on the case relating to the rent for the lease of a messuage in Downham and a quantity of thack [thatch], 29 Sept. 1629. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
  5. 3r. John Peacocke of Mepal, carpenter, is summoned to answer Robert Gunton in an action of debt of 15 pounds relating to the lease of a messuage with appurtenances in Sutton, 20 Mar. 1622. Peacocke fined; to pay costs and damages.
  6. 3v. Nicholas Felton of Stretham, cleric, is summoned to answer Sir Miles Sandys in an action of debt of 30 pounds relating to the lease of 50 acres of pasture at Stretham, 20 Apr. 1628. Pled not guilty. The entry is incomplete.
  7. 4r. Thomas Scrippes of Ely, labourer, is summoned to answer John Harte in an action of debt of 54 shillings and two pence relating to 12 earthen pots, 22 Mar. 1630 at Ely. Scrippes fined; to pay costs and damages.
  8. 4r. John Ingrey of Stretham, yeoman, is summoned to answer John Arkenstall, yeoman, in an action of debt of 50 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 20 July 1628 at Stretham. Ingrey fined; to pay costs and damages.
  9. 4r. Humphrey Lawrence of Stretham, gentleman, answered Nicholas Barrett in an action of trespass on the case relating to the provision of a brown mare [at the end of the barley seed], 28 Mar. 1630 at Stretham. To proceed to the next session.
  10. 5r. Robert Keble of March, thatcher, answered William Coker in an action of trespass on the case in an action of account for several sums of money, 1 July 1630 at Wisbech. Keble fined; to pay costs and damages.
  11. 5r. William Eaton of Wisbech, cordwainer, is summoned to answer Thomas Pigge, gentleman, in an action of debt of 20 pounds, 14 Nov. 1629 at Wisbech. Eaton fined; to pay costs and damages.
  12. 5v. Thomas Allyn of Wisbech, weaver, administrator of the goods and chattels of David Allyn of Wisbech, weaver, is summoned to answer Thomas Pigg, gentleman, in an action of debt of 20 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 14 Nov. 1629 at Wisbech. Allyn fined; to pay costs and damages.
  13. 5v. Richard Wigglesworth of Leverington, tailor, answered William Johnson in an action of trespass and assault that on 18 July 1630 he assaulted Johnson at Leverington putting him in fear of his life. The entry is incomplete.
  14. 6r. Thomas Allyn of Wisbech, weaver, is summoned to answer Elizabeth Wrighte, widow, in an action of debt of 15 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 14 Dec. 1629 at Wisbech. Allyn fined; to pay costs and damages.
  15. 6r. Wolfrey Hearnes of Wisbech, [occupation not stated], answered Francis Hakman in an action of trespass on the case in an action of account for several sums of money, 31 July1630 at Wisbech. Hearnes fined; to pay costs and damages.
  16. 6v. Thomas Seppard, alias Sheppard, of Elm, husbandman, is summoned to answer Leonard Creamer in an action of debt of 14 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 23 Sept. 1628 at March. Sheppard fined; to pay costs and damages.
