- 1r. Richard Love of Wisbech, yeoman, answered William Ivott in an action of trespass and assault that on 28 Apr. 1627 he assaulted and imprisoned Ivott contrary to law at Wisbech. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 1v. Alexander Walker of Walsoken, Norfolk, weaver, answered Henry Chappell in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt of ten shillings [for] a piece of linen yard, 1 Apr. 1625 at Wisbech. To proceed to jury trial.
- 1v. Robert Beeton of Wisbech, glazier, is summoned to answer John Marshall in an action of debt of 16 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 1 Mar. 1623 at Wisbech. Beeton fined.

Thomas Rosse of Upwell, Norfolk, gentleman, answered John Rosse, gentleman, in an action of trespass that his livestock trampled and overgrazed the grass and crops growing in John Rosse’s close, comprising three messuages and land in Upwell, between 29 Mar. 1626 and 24 Mar. following. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 2v. Robert Searle of Ely, husbandman, answered John Taylor in an action of trespass that on 11 Jun. 1627 he fished without licence 20 eels with a glaive [fish-spear] from a fish-pond called Camden at Ely. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 3r. Richard Channer of Upwell, yeoman, answered Henry Peck in an action of debt of 40 shillings in an action of account, 1 Oct. 1621. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.

Philip Desboroughe of Ely, brickmaker, and Anne, his wife, answered Richard Collens and Mary, his wife, in an action of trespass on the case that on 20 July 1627 they slandered Mary Collens at Ely by publicly saying, ‘You are a thief and have stolen Goodman Hawkyns’ tan [cortices]’. - 4v. Thomas Rosse of Upwell, Norfolk, gentleman, answered William Bateman in an action of trespass that he entered and occupied the close and house of Bateman at Upwell between 28 Mar. 1627 and 1 May following. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.

Thomas Love of Wisbech, yeoman, answered Thomas Eaton in an action of trespass on the case relating to the bargaining and selling of diverse goods and chattels including common seed, nutmeg, cloves, yellow wax, saffron, beaten ginger and pepper, looking glasses, brass buttons, clasps, a straw bed, a chair, quires of paper and much more [full list extends to three membranes], 4 Sept. 1622 at Wisbech.
