Scope and Contents
Contains 50 letters from Nora to Ida Darwin sent between 3 January and 22 December 1936. Amongst news of family and social engagements, the letters make reference to attending the funeral of George V and of visits to Yorkshire and Scotland and provide a descriptive account of Nora's trip to Bali, Indonesia undertaken in October-December 1936.
Includes letters from Joan Barlow and Horace Barlow to Ida, and from Ruth Darwin to Ida.
