Scope and Contents
Contains 30 letters from Nora to Ida Darwin sent between 14 February and 8 September 1901, including letters sent to Horace, Erasmus and Francis Darwin. The content of some letters describes time spent in Switzerland in June 1901 where Nora and Ruth were receiving tuition in German language and literature. Some of the letters are illustrated and include a set of four hand painted drawings of flowers by Nora.
Includes some joint letters from Nora and Ruth Darwin to Ida.
