Printed volume of five broadcast talks by Hamson and Theodore Frank Thomas Plucknett on comparative law, first transmitted by the BBC on the Third Programme during February and March 1952. The volume contains three talks by Hamson: ‘The Comparative Study of Law’, ‘The Characteristics of an English Trial’, and ‘The Day in Court’. See MSS Add.9957/10/11 for related correspondence.
