Counterpart contract between John Bence and Henry Hayward: Hayward to demolish Heveningham Hall and rebuild for Bence for £1520 in accordance with a sketch plan attached. Sketches for new garden, Heveningham Hall, 1877. Plans and sketches for Orangery, by Thomas Jeckyll, late 19C. Carpet design for Etruscan Room, Heveningham Hall, 1935. Tracings: Heveningham Hall plan and interior, 20C, as published 1790s. Photographs: Heveningham Hall, unidentified church, and a greenhouse. Sketches: unidentified building, 18C; unidentified landscape (with endorsement 'Pink Drawing Room, Saloon etc.'). Blueprint: 'bungalow for Lord Huntingfield', 1925.
