(London, 1875): a paper read at the Social Science Congress, Glasgow, on 6 October 1874, including a summary of a further paper on the same subject by Robert Berry, Professor of Law in the University of Glasgow, and an account of the ensuing discussion, 6 folios + cover (sewn together). There are also loose printed copies of 6 poems by Humphry Freeland: 'Wars!
