Scope and Contents
A copy or draft, with annotations, of a letter from the Joint Tariff Committee of the Yorkshire Chambers of Commerce, Bradford, to Granville Leveson-Gower, Earl Granville, November 1881, including a table of the tariff of Japan of 1866 and that proposed in 1880. The document is labelled in Parkes' hand 'Bradford Chamber of Commerce'.
