Scope and Contents
A copy of a memorandum (in Japanese) from Nomura Yasushi concerning the order of precedence of consular corps, dated Yokohama, 15 April 1879, 1 folio, possibly addressed to Martin Dohmen. There is also an English translation, 1 bifolio, including annotations in Parkes' hand, and labelled 'Copy. Translation. Yokohama, April 15. 1879. Inclosure in Kenrei's letter of April 15. 1879 to Mr Acting Consul Dohmen'.
