A copy of a report (in French) from Lieutenant Dubousquet to Léon Roches concerning a discussion between Dubousquet, Higashi-Kouzé [Higashi Kuzé Chiyo] and Terashima (Munenori?) regarding consular representation in Japan, dated Yokohama, 26 August 1868.
