A copy of a memorandum of agreement between Tong King-sing [T'ang T'ing-shu], Managing Director of the Chinese Engineering & Mining Co. and the Revd James Stacey, General Secretary of the Methodist Missionary Society, Sheffield, 14 September 1883, certified by the Revd John Innocent, Tientsin, 27 March 1884.
