A seven-page printed address by Alexander Michie and Frederick Dallas Barnes, members of the London Committee representing the Shanghai Chamber of Commerce, 'To the Right Honourable the Earl of Derby, P.C., Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, &c., &c.' [London, c. 1877], regarding the Chefoo Convention, including manuscript cancellations.
