Scope and Contents
'State Papers relating to the Dissolution of the Council of Administration appointed by the late Emperor of China, and the Establishment of the Empress Dowager as Regent with the Prince of Kung [I-hsin] as Chief Minister': the first part only of a printed English translation of a decree issued on 2 November 1861 in the name of Emperor T'ung-Chih, possibly drafted by I-huan.
