Scope and Contents

Typescript copies of semi-official letters from Hong Kong, Shanghai and Yokohama, with related documents, including telegrams, memoranda and Yokohama silk quotations. The letters are in bundles labelled 'Copies of Semi-Official Correspondence for Mr Wm. Keswick', each beginning with a contents page. The principal correspondents are F.H. Bugbird, Henry Keswick, David Landale and C.H. Ross. The other correspondents include C.E. Anton, J. Boyce-Kup, C. Bryner, C.W. Dickson, H. Hickling, W.F. Inglis, C.L. Maxwell, S.F. Mayers, A.D. Walker and C. Wedemeyer.
