Correspondence and other papers regarding the bungalow of J.H. Keswick at No. 1454 Hungjao Road, Shanghai, comprised of correspondence of Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, with Matheson & Co. Ltd, London, and Y.C. Liu, Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd's representative in Shanghai; correspondence between J.H. Keswick and various correspondents, including Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong and Shanghai, F.F. Garner, British Consul General, Shanghai, Y.C. Liu, Shanghai, and Jack Yuan, Shanghai; and other letters and papers, including accounts and insurance documents relating to the bungalow. The ring-binder is labelled '1954/1963 Semi-official Property: Mr John Keswick's Bungalow, 1454 Hungjao Road, Shanghai' and numbered 1.
