Scope and Contents
Customs clearance permits issued by Tung-lung (Donglong) kuo, Office of North Fort Port, Canton Maritime Customs, to Shun-li (Shunli) confirming that he has paid the mercantile licenses for his bags of white sugar and clearing the goods for shipment to Kiang-nan port.
