Scope and Contents
Customs clearance permits issued by the Office of Huang-kang (Huanggang) Port, Canton Maritime Customs, to the vessel 'Te-lung' (Delong), recording that it has paid the sale tax, clearing it for shipping from this port to Kiangche port.
