A copy of a petition by William Curtis, attorney for George Duddell, to the Court of Summary Jurisdiction, Hong Kong, for a refund of rates paid under the Police and Lighting Rate Ordinance of 1867 on five properties belonging to Duddell, dated Victoria, Hong Kong, 9 April 1873.
