A copy of the legal opinion of Edward H. Pollard regarding the means of redress open to George Duddell with regard to the decision of the Colonial Government to give notice of resumption of Duddell's property 'Michell Grove' and to subsequently withdraw this notice, dated Hong Kong, 29 May 1868.
