A lease by the Crown to Floriano Antonio Rangel of Lot No. 91 at Victoria, Hong Kong, for a period of 999 years from 8 May 1852, dated Victoria, 10 December 1852. There is also a receipt for Deed Register Office Fees paid by Rangel, dated Victoria, 11 December 1852.
