A copy of heads of agreement between Sir Robert William Buchanan Jardine of Castlemilk, Baronet, and William Keswick M.P. and John Matheson Macdonald, both of London, all of Matheson & Co., 7 June 1907, including schedules of the company's balance sheet, current accounts and assets. The copy is dated 1913 on the front.
