Scope and Contents
Agreements between Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd and its compradores:
1. An agreement appointing Chan Wing as Chinese Assistant Manager of the Chinese Shipping Department of the Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd, Hong Kong, 6 May 1946, marked as cancelled.
2. An agreement appointing Douglas Hung as Chinese Manager of the Chinese Shipping Department of the Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd, Hong Kong, 6 May 1946, marked as cancelled.
3. An agreement reappointing Douglas Hung as Chinese Manager of the Chinese Shipping Department of the Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd, Hong Kong, 12 February 1951.
4. An agreement between Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd, M.H. Lo, Douglas Hung and Tse Wah Yau to form a partnership under the firm name of Wing Sang Hong, 12 February 1951.
5. An agreement appointing Tse Wah Yau as Chinese Assistant Manager of the Chinese Shipping Department of the Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd, Hong Kong, 12 February 1951.
There is also a letter from R.A. Wadeson to D.F. Landale, Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, 2 May 1946, returning the first two agreements.
