Scope and Contents
A copy of a supplementary agreement of Sir Robert William Buchanan Jardine of Castlemilk, Baronet, and others, whereby Henry Keswick M.P. of London, James Johnstone Keswick of Mabie, Dumfries, and John Matheson Macdonald of London relinquish and renounce all claim to certain assets and liabilities of Matheson & Co. into Sir Robert's hands. The document includes a schedule of the assets.
