Scope and Contents
'The tytles containing the expences of household and other forren charges and money defraied by me, Thomas Fryer [steward] for the use of my m[aste]r Thomas Kytson esquire beginning the first of October 1572 Â ', signed throughout by Elizabeth Kytson. Early 19C calf binding, both boards detached. Inside front board, bookplate of Sir Thomas Gage. Inscription by John Gage: 'From this household book I have made many extracts which appear in the History of Hengrave'
