(p.73) JOHN WYMONDHAM and JOHN FERROUR, both of Norwich, appear in court to respond to a plea by JOHN PASTON and THOMAS HOWYS, clerk, that they, with SIR PHILIP WENTWORTH of Netalstede, JOHN ANDREWE of Goylom, JOHN GARNARD of Akenham, and THOMAS DEYVYLL of Netalstede, had abducted THOMAS son and heir of JOHN FASTOLF of Cowhawe, a minor, the right of whose giving in marriage belonged to John Paston and Thomas Howys, at Halysworth. 15C?
