At Worcester before William Burche, Commissioner for Dioc. of Worcester. Signed by Tho. Oliver, Registrar. Seal attached. On back is a memo to say that whereas M.F. bequeathed her personal goods to her daughters and whereas some take this to mean part of the lands too, William Malines, vicar of Tamworth, asserts that this is not so and that M.F. meant the lands to go to her son. Signed by William Malines.
