Poultry 'Dead Book' for 1909-1910 from experiments in poultry breeding by Bateson and Punnett. This is the last of eight books recording eggs which were addled, sterile or failed to hatch, and also chicks which hatched but died shortly afterwards.

Entries for 1909 are paginated 1-118 (with a drawing of talons at [page 94]), followed by a new sequence for 1910, paginated 1-46. Two styles of handwriting are evident; the second may be Punnett's.
