Poultry breeding notebook '10' [1910 notebook], Apr. 1910 - Feb. 1911
Scope and Contents
Laboratory notebook containing records for poultry breeding lines W 301-471 (birds which hatched between circa April and July 1910).
The notebook begins with a run of blank pages followed by records for each bird, including notes on colour, comb, and other physical characteristics (e.g. abnormal beak), state of health, and date of death or transfer, etc. There is a list of matings on [pp.44v-45r], including some dated 1911. Entries in the notebook are in two handwriting styles.
