Scope and Contents
Laboratory notebook containing records for poultry breeding lines W 49-280 (birds which hatched between April and May 1900).
Entries for each bird include notes on colour, comb and other physical characteristics, state of health, and cause of death, etc. A note on [page 179] states that bird W 222 was killed by a cat. There is a drawing of the 'peculiar' right foot of bird W 239 on [page 196].
