Scope and Contents
Laboratory notebook containing records for birds from poultry breeding lines A, B, C, and D which hatched between May and June 1899, including birds A 134 - A 271.
Entries include notes on colour, comb and other physical characteristics, state of health, and cause of death, etc. The entry for bird A 223 records that it was killed by a rat or a cat [page 98].
