Scope and Contents
This section contains a variety of loose notes and notebooks used by Sassoon to draft prose and includes subsections for his works 'The Old Century & Seven More Years', 'The Weald of Youth' and 'Siegfried's Journey'. NB. A notebook containing some brief notes on 'Memoirs of a Fox-Hunting Man' (at MS Add.9852/7/1/4) has been catalogued under 'The Old Century' series as it contained loose drafts of that book.
