The letters are chiefly to and from Brooke Crutchley. His correspondents include Fred Anthoensen, Geoffrey W. Beard, Paul A. Bennett, Desmond Flower, Stanley Morison, G. W. Ovink, Charles Peignot, Rémy Peignot, René Varin, W. F Sedgwick Ltd, and Lionel Whitby. Some letters are of thanks for copies of the pamphlet Baskerville's punches by Philip Gaskell.
