Steinberg was a member of the Historical sub-committee of the exhibition, chaired by P. M. Muir, and a contributor to the volume edited by Muir and John Carter. A German translation was published by Prestel Verlag. Most of the correspondence is with Muir and Carter. Other correspondents include F. A.
