Ephemeral printing, 1924-2009

 Series
Reference Code: GBR/0012/MS Add.9816/B

Scope and Contents

This series covers jobbing or ephemeral printing, that is, printing other than books. Subseries B1 arranges these printing jobs by customer. Files of miscellaneous jobbing printing in more or less chronological groups were also kept at the Press, and these are retained as subseries B2. There are separate subseries for the Press's own ephemera (B3), and for book-labels designed and printed by Will Carter (B4). This series contains mostly the ephemera themselves, and not usually the correspondence or other papers associated with them.
