Lecture on Alice Meynell (1947), 1947
Scope and Contents
The lecture was given to the Poetry Society on 11 Oct. 1947 at a meeting celebrating her centenary. The programme also included a lecture by Frederick Page and readings of 'poems in praise' by Margaret Rawlings and Meynell. He repeated the lecture with additions at Eton College on 31 October.
