Scope and Contents
The correspondence is mostly with the Secretaries, Graeme Shankland (1956-1957) and R. C. H. Briggs (1957-). Folder 1 = 1956, with various typescript documents of the Society Folder 2 = 1956-1957, with various typescript reports relating to the 1957 William Morris exhibition Folder 3 = 1957-1961, with similar typescript reports; and copies of correspondence with the Klingspor-Museum, Offenbach Folder 4 = 1961-1967, with a letter from Morison to Francis Mathew; and typescript drafts of Morison's memoir of Sydney Cockerell (Appleton no. 216) and his introduction to Morris as I knew him, by G. B. Shaw (Appleton no. 226).
