Mayor of Belfast has suggested a day for Marlborough's visit; he and Professors could present Returns, 'establishing the complete success of the College, and its adaptation to the higher Educational wants of the age and of the community'; they will pay tribute to Dukes of Abercorn and Marlborough and express appreciation of Sir Michael Beach
