Ship, the 'Tees', has not yet sailed; good season, wheat growing strongly; account for grass seed purchased by Richardson (for estate at Langbaurgh, Great Ayton, Yorkshire) [written on a printed sheet issued by Stickney, on his cultivation of a superior form of rye grass, 1802-8; quotations from a paper which he delivered to Holderness Agricultural Society, 1808; certificate, by 'occupiers and cultivators of land in Holderness' of inspection of grass from his seed at his farm at Ridgmont; signed: Joseph Storr, Robert Bell, Robert Stubbing, Thomas Dodds, John Collins, William Iveson, John Taylor, Richard Brigham]
